We were asked to design a new brand identity for the first cannoleria of the Netherlands, Only Cannoli. Once a small company that was selling their Sicilian biscuits from a food stand in Amsterdam. Only Cannoli is now a growing business that is working with some of the country’s most well-known institutions and brands. Our designs needed to match this new direction.`
To create the identity, we were drawn to the authentic Italian heritage of the gelaterias and panetterias. Beautiful elegant typography, characterful signs, and hand-drawn icons. Using these classic elements in combination with the warm tone of Sicilian yellow creates a strong brand appearance. The new brand direction gives Only Cannoli a distinctive personality that is both refined and fresh.
